‘For physical training is some value, but Godliness has value for all things, holding promises for both the present life and life to come.‘
1 Timothy 4:8 (NIV)
In our society, much emphasis is placed on physical fitness; but spiritual health (godliness) is even more important, in conjunction with our daily living routine. We must learn to balance the two, to not totally disregard our life and situations, but to also use God as our main source of energy. Our physical health is susceptible to disease and injury, but faith can sustain us through any tragedy. Remember if you have the faith, anything is possible. To train ourselves to be Godly, we must develop our faith by using our God gives abilities.
