Lifestyle | BW Architects – West Village Townhouse

BW Architects reconstructed this 1840’s Greenwich Village Greek Revival townhouse back in 2011-2012, which earned the title for the first townhouse to earn a LEED for Homes Gold rating in downtown Manhattan.

The extensive reconstruction combines the past with the present, giving the 4,000 square foot home a distinguished and sophisticated vibe. With materials such as steel and exposed hardware a historic meets modern vibe is constant leading up to the Penthouse, to literally top it off, a manually-geared window creates an indoor/outdoor space.
